Canberra sunshine Academy’s Rebecca is studying for her Bachelor of education degree

Rebecca at Canberra Sunshine Academy is a shining light who is a great teacher and a very organised and efficient administrator at the school. Surprisingly, given her natural talent as a teacher, we discovered that she did not have her teaching degree and that she was working full time at CSA and studying for her Bachelor of Education. However due to the costs she was struggling to afford Mount Kenya University’s fees.

GSP was fortunate to find a generous sponsor who is now supporting Rebecca’s university ambitions. We recognise that Rebecca is a powerful women’s role model, a fantastic educator and school administrator and are happy to be able to support her.
