GSP Governance Policy
Global School Partners is committed to ensuring that we accurately represent our activities to the people we work with, our donors, and the public. The purpose of this policy is to guide Global School Partners, our volunteers and employees and our partners to make a clear separation between development and non- development objectives and activities. This policy addresses our ACFID compliance obligations when communicating with or soliciting donations from private donors and the public, including fundraising for restricted and unrestricted purposes from aid agencies, sponsors and supporters, and fundraising from the general public. GSP Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us and we aim to ensure transparency when informing you, our supporters how we capture your data, store it and use it. This policy covers and includes all stakeholders who have contact with Global School Partners and include: supporters, sponsors, sponsored children and their families, volunteers and staff in both Australia and the countries in which we operate. GSP Child Safeguarding Policy
Global School Partners recognises that by the nature of our work, our operations may pose a risk to children; therefore, we have developed this child safeguarding policy to proactively work to mitigate those risks. Global School Partners believes that all children have the right to be safe at all times. We proactively work to provide safe and protective programs, activities and environments. This Child Safeguarding Policy has been developed to provide a practical guide to prevent child abuse in Global School Partners programs. It outlines a range of risk management strategies that will be implemented to reduce the risk of children being harmed. Access policy

Global School Partners views sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment as a violation of basic human rights and is committed to proactively work to provide a safe, trusted and protective environment for Global School Partners programs and activities, which safeguards all people and stakeholders involved. GSP Gender Equality and Equity and Disability Empowerment Policy
Discrimination, inequality, and injustice are major causes of poverty worldwide, and women, girls and people with a disability often bear the brunt of this. Statistically, you are more likely to be living in poverty if you are a woman or have a disability. GSP Activity Development Policy
Global School Partners is committed to the participation and empowerment of our primary stakeholders, the schools in Africa.
Global School Partners is committed to monitoring all activities, evaluating these activities and seeking continuous quality improvement.
GSP Australia informs all donors and stakeholders of the outcomes and evidence of every project. This takes the form of a project report or newsletter, and /or a presentation to the donors and dissemination to all stakeholders via newsletter, website and social media. Access policy
GSP Procurement and Resource Management Policy
Global School Partners understands the importance of local communities, their viability and economic needs. Therefore, Global School Partners will not itself undertake any work that can be carried out by a member of the local population or introduce resources that are readily available in the local community. All work and resources will be paid for at the local market rate. For example, to facilitate the purchase and installation of a water tank in a school, the tank and other required materials will be purchased locally and the work itself undertaken by a local tradesman, who will be paid appropriately for their time and expertise.

Global Schools Partners are committed to ensuring open and clear communication between all members and school communities both in Australia and in partnering overseas schools and communities. Communication includes all contacts between members, whether written, verbal or via the internet.

GSP Human Relations Policy
All Australians involved with Global School Partners do so on a voluntary basis and Global School Partners provides no remuneration at all to them for any of their activities including time spent fulfilling their volunteer administrative roles, travel expenses or provision of resources such as computers. Global School Partners acknowledges that the Australian Government has adopted a policy and laws consistent with relevant international counter-terrorism Treaties and UN Security Council Resolution 1373 (2001) of not providing direct or indirect support or resources to organisations and individuals associated with terrorism.
