Shayna was born in 2017 and is in Pre-primary 1. She has 2 sisters; Polly and Val. They live with their mother, who struggles with unstable mental health, and struggles to afford medication to manage, which also prevents her from finding a steady income. The children are often stressed, and struggle to find clothes, food and education.

Everleigh was born in 2020 and is in Pre-school 1. She is sisters with Sabrina and Natalie. They have no source of family income, and for a long while, the older sister Sabrina was the bread-winner for the family. They live as a group of 6 siblings with their aging grandmother. The eldest sibling is 24 years old with 3 children of her own. The school has taken Everleigh and Natalie into the school to give them some kind of consistent food. Much to the school’s joy, Everleigh has proven to perform above average academically. The Head Teacher believes scholarship would not only help the family in gaining food stability, but also help Everleigh to reach her potential.

Sabrina has suffered from abuse, and the school is attempting to find support for the child. A scholarship would help Sabrina and her sisters get the stability and support they need.
